• Forms & SOPs - A full form builder for inspections, SOPs and waivers. Calculated pass/fail fields, reference photos, scales, signatures, starter templates, and forms you can print, PDF, email, or require before a task can be completed.
• Manufacturing - A step-by-step wizard for parts you build in-house, manufacturing orders, machines you can assign work to and run timers on, and a manufacturing rate that costs out machine time.
• QuickBooks & Xero - Import jobs, estimates and task groups from QuickBooks, send clock time to QuickBooks Online or Xero payroll, export estimates to Xero as quotes, and fix export errors right where they happen.
• Tags, templates and the job table - Color-coded tags you can sort jobs by, job templates, and a customizable job table page.

• Forms & SOPs
  
  • New form builder for inspections, SOPs and waivers. Change an element's type without retyping its title, duplicate forms, and set their sort order.
  • Calculated fields (for example A − B within a tolerance) that can be a pass/fail requirement.
  • Scale elements with your own conditions, and pass/fail colors on the options.
  • Read-only reference files and photos at the top of a form.
  • Each completed element shows who filled it in and when.
  • Shop setting to require a task's forms to be finished before the task can be completed.
  • Forms can be saved as a PDF, printed with blank fields for paper use, and attached to customer emails.
  • Waivers can be signed remotely, attached to authorizations, exported to the invoice, and you can now have more than one waiver type. ★

• Manufacturing
  
  • New assembly wizard ("This is a part we assemble") walks you through components and labor steps, links them all together, fills in the cost, and asks for your markup or retail price. It can also edit an existing assembly.
  • Assemblies can be turned into manufacturing orders, and nested assemblies are supported.
  • Machines can be set up as users. Assign work to them, track their available hours and cost, and run timers on them.
  • The manufacturing rate in the profitability guide now uses overhead plus payroll per billable hour, and machines are costed from their own expenses.
  • Components that are themselves assemblies are flagged to be assembled.
  • Product families: variations of a manufactured part (sizes, options) grouped under one product.
• Shipments & Purchase Orders
  
  • New Shipments page with a panel to add a shipment for a job or a PO.
  • Shipments added on a PO show on the job as incoming.
  • Add every item to a shipment at once, or use the + on each line.
  • Vendor invoice # on POs, which also carries onto bills in QuickBooks. ★

  • When a duplicate name blocks an export, the conflict opens right away so you can fix it.

Bug Fixes

Jobs & estimates

• Copying a job to a new customer no longer makes two copies.
• Moving a job quickly on the calendar no longer leaves duplicate events.
• Parts in a grouped task keep their order when the group is added to a job. ★
• Subtasks can be deleted on estimates and while adding a task group.
• Templates and copied estimates keep their task groups.
• Moving a task or folder no longer leaves its parts behind, including moves to another job.
• Adding several new parts while creating a task now saves them all.
• Tasks whose checklist was complete (or empty) can be completed again.
• The progress billing warning no longer shows when adding a task to a job that doesn't need it.
• Itemized authorizations show fees and discounts, and no longer say "parts included in task price" by mistake.
• "Expand all tasks" now shows forms and checklists too.
• Estimate emails now include their pictures.
• Contact customer on an estimate attaches the PDF as an estimate, not an invoice.

• Fixed an item that couldn't be added to a large PO.

• Editing a job part's price or vendor no longer changes the shop part.
• Techs who can see wholesale but not retail now add parts at the right retail price.
• A part created on a tax-exempt job no longer becomes tax-exempt itself.
• Large part imports load the whole file, one bad row no longer fails the rest, and long cells stay whole.
• Out-of-stock assembly components are added to need to order.
• Adding an assembled part triggers the assembly the first time, not the second.
• Adding a second assembly no longer removes the first one's icon, and editing an assembled part no longer duplicates its assembly.

Chat, time & everything else

• Viewing an invoice in a new window no longer logs out your other tabs. ★
