Then export the finished invoice to QuickBooks, Online or Desktop, with everything mapped correctly so your books stay clean.

Does My Shop Assist have a labor guide?
Yes, through the MOTOR add-on ($200/month). Match the vehicle once, pick the operation, and it lands on the job with MOTOR's book time already filled in, priced at your labor rate. It also brings OE part numbers for the operation and a Repair Guide button that opens MOTOR repair information for the vehicle.
How are MOTOR jobs priced?
MOTOR operations come in as Book Hours tasks: the customer pays your labor rate times the book time, however long the work actually takes. Each operation also gets its own task on your list, so it exports to QuickBooks or Xero as the real service.
Can it handle our specialty work too?
Yes. That's where My Shop Assist started. Long builds, progress billing, packages and live parts pricing all run in the same system as your maintenance and repair work.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Finished invoices export to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, with parts, labor and tax mapped to the right accounts. Xero is supported too.
How hard is it to switch?
