Bar Code Reader and Parts Merging

With the addition of the merging tool, it allows us to cleanly impliment the bar code reader combined with the UPC database from the web.  Many (if not most) parts will already be in the database meaning you can simply scan the bar code and the information will be added into your parts list automatically.
