Details
Field names to use (Jotform fieldname - MSA field it populates) (*means its a required field for MSA, and you should make it a required field in Jotform):
Name - Customers first and last name*
Company - Customers company name
Phone - Customers phone number*
Email - Customers email address*
Address - Customers Mailing address
vehicleYear - the vehicle year
vehicleMake - the vehicle make
vehicleModel - the vehicle model
vehicleTrim - the vehicle trimvehicle
vehicleColor - the vehicle color
vehicleVIN - the vehicle VIN. MSA will try to match the VIN to an existing vehicle, if there is no match, it will create a new vehicle.
vehiclePlate - vehicle License Plate
vehicleOdometer - Job Odometer reading
dateNeeded - populates a date field in MSA
serviceRequired - its a task selector, so adding MSA tasks into this selector will add the selected task into the estimate automatically
shippingType - its a task selector, so adding MSA tasks into this selector will add the selected task into the estimate automatically
