Not every sale in your shop is a job. Someone walks up to the counter for a set of plugs, a bottle of fluid, or a shop shirt, and you need to ring it up and get them on their way. Point of Sale is built for exactly that.
It's a simple feature on purpose. Turn it on, ring up the sale, take payment, and move on.
Turn it on from your navigation bar
Point of Sale doesn't show up until you add it. Put it on your navigation bar and it's one click away whenever someone is standing at the counter. If your front desk or parts counter handles a lot of walk-in sales, it's worth keeping it there permanently.
Make a sale
Add the parts or items the customer is buying and the sale builds as you go. It's the fast path for over-the-counter parts, merch, and quick add-ons that don't need a job, a vehicle, or labor attached.
Take payment
Once the sale is built, take payment right from the same screen and complete it. The customer pays, the sale is recorded, and you're ready for the next one.
Add a customer if you want to
Attaching a customer is optional. For a quick cash sale to someone you'll never see again, skip it. For a regular, add them to the sale so the purchase shows up with the rest of their history in your shop.
View your sales history
Every completed sale lands in your sales history, so you can look back at what was sold and when without digging through jobs or invoices.
Print, save, or export
Need a receipt for the customer or a record for your books? Print a sale, save it, or export your sales when you need the numbers somewhere else.
